At the Kiwanis of Oakhurst Car Show

One big advantage of living in the Sierra Nevada mountain village of Oakhurst is the many local events that take place. If somebody's in trouble, there's a benefit spaghetti feed on a moment's notice and hundreds turn out. When the Kiwanis of Oakhurst have their annual show, many come to visit from far and wide.

I caught a snapshot of these 3 men admiring an old Model A Ford and thought it was rather a Norman Rockwellian scene. I'd have thought the souped-up roadsters would have been the attention getters!
